I’m going to do my best to back away from social media for a couple of weeks. I need to reassess my energy and where I place it. I’m very excited about the book I’m writing with Daryl. If we can pull this off it is going to be a wonderful and fun story. I miss Sarah Booth and Zinnia. I wrote and thought about them every single day for over 30 years. It is a deep loss to me. But the art of life is knowing when to let go. I believe I made the right decision. For my characters. Here’s a little South Alabama beauty. The magnolias are the size of dinner plates. The coral cockspur is coming along beautifully. And I’ve never seen gardenias bloom so early, but I’ll take it.
